Cookies and analytics on assilva.ai
Who is responsible
Assilva SAS, 26 rue Feydeau, 75002 Paris, France, RCS Paris 103 894 895. Questions: contact@assilva.ai.
What we do in all cases
Until you choose, or if you refuse, we only count the pages viewed, anonymously. No cookie is set and no identifier is stored in your browser. These figures tell us how many people visit each page and where they come from (for example a campaign link). You can object to this counting by writing to contact@assilva.ai.
We also store your choice in your browser, so we do not ask again on every page.
If you accept
If you click « Accept », we measure your visit in more detail to improve the site:
- A random visitor id is stored in your browser, to recognise your visit from page to page. It holds no name, number or address.
- Clicks and heatmaps show, in aggregate, where visitors click and how far they scroll.
- Session recording replays what was shown on screen during your visit: pages, scrolling, clicks. Anything you type in a field is masked. The contact form never appears in these recordings; messages you send through it still reach us as usual, as described below. Recordings are kept for 30 days, then deleted.
- The link with the app: if you move from the website to the Assilva app, we link your website visit to your journey in the app through this random id. If you then create an account, that journey is attached to your account.
We do not infer your town from your IP address. We use no advertising cookies and share this data with no advertiser.
The tool we use: PostHog
These measurements go through PostHog, a US company acting on our behalf. The data is hosted in the European Union, in Frankfurt (Germany). PostHog may access it from the United States to provide its service: such access is covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, under which PostHog is certified, and by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Page views, clicks and where visits come from are kept for 25 months at most, then deleted. Session recordings are deleted after 30 days. PostHog does not keep your IP address.

Why, and on what basis
We use this information to understand how the site is read and improve it. Anonymous counting relies on our legitimate interest in measuring the site's audience. Everything else relies on your consent.
Changing your mind
You can change your choice at any time with the « Manage my choices » link at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw consent, recording stops at once and the visitor id is erased from your browser. Refusing does not stop you from using the site or the app.
Contact form
The form is protected against bots by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical data (IP address, browser signals) to tell a person from a robot. Turnstile uses no tracking cookies and does not profile you for advertising. Messages are sent to the Assilva team and kept for 24 months at most.
Your rights
You may access your data, have it erased, object to its processing or withdraw consent by writing to contact@assilva.ai. You may also complain to the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
