When you use the contact form, we collect the information you provide: first name, last name, work email, organisation, role and message.

This information is used to understand your request and reply to you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in managing professional enquiries and partnerships.

For the first version of the form, submissions are sent to a dedicated Assilva Slack channel through a secure server-side endpoint. The Slack webhook URL is not exposed in the browser.

Contact messages are kept only for the time needed to handle the request and follow up on a potential relationship. We use a practical default retention period of 24 months unless a shorter or longer legal obligation applies.

Recipients are authorised Assilva team members and technical providers needed to operate the site and contact workflow, including Microsoft Azure and Slack.

The site does not use advertising cookies in this implementation.

A localStorage value may be saved in your browser to remember that you dismissed or accepted the language suggestion banner. This is used only to improve navigation between English and French versions.
